Most procedures are with no pain and require no downtime for healing and can be named as lunch time procedure. Although, some patients report mild to moderate pain, which can be effectively managed in less time with proper care.

The length and number of treatments will depend on what you decide with your aesthetician focusing your needs and the results you want. Generally, each treatment takes between 30 and 60 minutes, but the proper length of time is decided based on the number of areas being treated.

You may require multiple sessions for better and long lasting effects but it will not be permanent for ever. The duration of results also varies by proper post care and can stay longer than usual. For example, the fat once gone will not gain effectively unless you treat your body in a wrong way.

You may notice some redness, swelling, bruising, tingling, and other skin sensitivity in the treatment area in some procedures but these are temporary and will go away in a few days or weeks.

Since these procedures are non or minimal invasive, not a surgical procedure, you should be able to return to your regular activities right away.
